Delightful Desserts Stratford Rd

I had the apple crumble from this restaurant and was incredibly disappointed. The crumbs at the bottom were terrible and the dish was undercooked. I was shocked that they were serving such low-quality food for the price they were charging. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The milkshake didn't taste anything like Ferrero Rocher and was watery, lacking in flavor. The waffle had barely any sauce and was very hard.

I visited this restaurant with my two children, ages 6 and 10. The server who attended to us had a very cold and unfriendly demeanor. She directed us to a specific table to sit at, even though there were other empty tables available. We requested to sit at the back in order to all fit on one bench, but she coldly informed us that those seats were reserved. We ended up sitting where she directed us and waited about 10 minutes for our food to arrive. After eating, we left and noticed that the supposedly reserved seats remained empty. Overall, the customer service was lacking.

Me and my husband ordered a takeaway sundae each. The contents was minimum but filled with cream to make it look full. We paid £16 for the 2 and it was nothing but a glorified McDonald’s McFlurry. It was delivered by a car full of young lads too which I felt uneasy about. We will not be using them again

Great place for a Crepe, coffee and a vanilla takeaway milkshake. Super happy, with the food, decor and service
