Wendy's - Birmingham

During my lunch break, I decided to go somewhere different. The line at my original spot was too long, and I saw others pulling into Wendy's here in Greenspring, so I followed suit. The person who took my order was very pleasant and even helped me choose which 4 for 4 meal I wanted—something the other Wendy's locations don't usually offer. The service moved quickly, and when I got to the window, the cashier was very friendly. I don't get that kind of service at the one on Roebuck. The food was served hot and fresh, allowing me to enjoy my lunch and get back to work on time. Thank you for the fantastic service today! I will definitely be back.

I have to give credit where it's due. It was a Friday night, and many places were closed, which resulted in a long drive-thru line. However, the friendly voice that took my order showed no signs of stress. I received my order quickly, and the food was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be returning!

I really enjoy visiting this Wendy's! I usually use the drive-thru, where they recognize me by name. Tony is always cheerful and super friendly! The fries are consistently crispy!
