Mcdonald's - Birmingham

The worst McDonalds on the planet!!! The managers are over rude! The food when they make your order right is terrible. Today was my last straw. I'll return NIE to these McDonalds! If I could?

I did the online ordering I did the cheeseburger special and then made another order and they got my order wrong made me go to the side door told me my order was right and then made me wait again this by far has to be the worst customer service people here do not want to do their job. The manager looked me in the face and told me my order was right I'm looking at my receipt and looking at the order and it's wrong and then they made me wait like 15 minutes for a light order. No integrity no good customer service no good communication. People at this location do not want to do their job and they have an attitude the worst location I've ever been to also the food was not prepared and the cheese was not melting on the burger wow sadness

The customer service here leaves a lot of room for improvement. Order accuracy is something they have trouble with. and when you ask them to correct your order they look at you like you've lost your mind even though it's something you paid for.

I love hot mustard with my nuggets. Did they have it in stock? Nooooooo

The food was hot and good. Had to wait for my order but it was worth it ?
