Worst service at all, no receipt, can not even call to complain, remained in line for 30 minutes, gave me cold burgers after I pulled out, no pommes in the pocket. But do I want to get her back?

Jack ?s breakfast 9/27/22 was horrible today eggs was running, contacted the manager was very rude. Had an attitude .

I pulled into the drive through at 9:55pm they took my order, only shakes nothing that had to be cooked, the 1 st gentlemen made the shakes very liquidly the manger threw them away and made them again, not like sonic, they have homemade shakes, they dip the ice cream out then add a small amount of milk, the ice cream is hard, good workout (forearm). I snapped a picture of the ladies ?? they have the best shakes thank you for your hard work.

I went this morning and asked for large hash browns and they charged me for it but gave me a small. I asked for them to replace my grits for extra gravy and for extra biscuits for my gravy. I didn't get the extra gravy and now I have too many biscuits because someone messed up my order. I've had no problem with the nightshift crew. Night shift I have never had problems with. Morning shift gets a 1/5 star from me however night shift is a 4/5 star.

It was okay, not as good as the first time I ate one, (Fultondale location), sandwich was steaming hot fresh to order], this one came out in less than two minutes, barely warm, and under sized, I was on time restraints, so I let it go. I went to Chalkville location because I was on that side of town, if I ever return to that particular restaurant, I will ask that it be made fresh.
