My son's hamburger was overcooked, and the food could have been served hotter.

We had a reservation for 7:15 PM, but we didn't get seated until 8:07 PM. Once we were finally at our table, our server seemed overwhelmed and couldn't give us much attention. We were celebrating a child's birthday party, but it took a long time for the kids to get their drinks and food, while the adults received their alcoholic beverages quite quickly. I really wish the service had been better, as we've had more positive experiences in the past. Sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose.

The staff was fantastic! They helped make my 50th birthday celebration a success.

Made a reservation at beginning of week (Tuesday) for my son’s birthday (on Friday). Got confirmation emails and texts during week. Even got a remind text 10mins before reservation time. To then arrive on time and them not honor the reservation saying, the manager changed it to first come first serve for the night because of a game being on! So then couldn’t find an open table because it was so crowded. So then we couldnt even eat dinner or do cake! Overall very disappointed in the way things were handled. They shouldn’t allow reservations if they aren’t going to honor them!!!

I made a reservation through open table for my group. When we arrived, I was told they did not accept reservations on Thursday. We were also not allowed to use the larger tables due to a group that only used about 4 tables in the entire section. The front desk and manager was not eager to help. We had to wait a long while on food. I needed to charge my phone, outlets at bar did not work. I was told by a staff member i could charge for $1. Only when i returned the charger did i find it was $3 an hour. I will think twice before taking my team to Dave and Busters and take my $500 and spend elsewhere.
