Crazy Caiman's Cajun Chicken

The worst chicken I have ever had....dried out and burnt, how could they be open....this place needs to be shut down for the chicken.Are get more cooks.

I ordered an 8-piece mix but only received 6 dark pieces and 2 wings (which are white meat). Given the price I paid, I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. When I called to address the issue, the manager told me that they don't consider wings to be white meat. She even had the audacity to say that what I was describing doesn't match the price I paid.

I've only been here twice, but the chicken tenders were freshly cooked and not dry at all. The potato wedges were great too. I really enjoyed my meal, and the staff was friendly.

I had the worst chicken I've ever tasted here—it was dry and burnt. I can't believe they can still operate with food like this. This restaurant really needs to reevaluate their cooking staff or close down altogether because of the chicken.
