Very poor service, food price at quality and quantity poor as if we were not welcome and we were really not very busy. reservation was at 8:30 a.m. and got no main course up to 10

After some reviews was a little hesitant, but we were so glad that we went forward and made plans, dinner in brock 's. not really fine eating others were dressed very casually, which is good with me. great service, eating was great. weeping beautiful. will go back every time we are at ross bridge.

My party and I were very disappointed in the service we received. We didn’t receive our food for about two hours after being seated. Our drink orders were taken shortly after being seated. Our food orders were not taken for over 45 minutes after receiving our drinks. I went and found the waitress and I was told she would be over to take our orders in about 2 seconds and she didn’t show up to take our party of 14 orders for another 15 minutes. My daughter ordered the mussels which tasted spoil and was brought to the waitress attention. Due to the food taking so long to receive the first time she didn’t order anything else and basically ended up not having dinner. I requested to speak with the manager after finally receiving our food. She said she would remove the cost of a 39.00 bottle of wine and had three deserts sent to the table to be shared by a party of 14. My bill alone was almost 600.00 along with around another 160.00 spent by my guest. I really felt more should have been done to make up for the poor service my guest and I received.

The food was horrible on Valentine's night. The value of the food was a disgrace. The only think I could find that I might eat was a salad with added chicken and my Mr. had the beef ribs which were really small for 40.00. The vegetable was too hard and tough to eat. He wanted a Michelob and the waitress had to send upstairs for one. When it came to the table, it was in a glass. Those beers should come in a bottle. Very disappointed..
