Employee Karen Norton was incredibly helpful in trying to resolve the issue, and even offered to deliver the items herself to the nearby home. What a saint! We are now even bigger fans of Ashley Mac. The food was delicious and the service went above and beyond.
There is no burger better than the Andy-Mac! I had a great dining experience and also stocked up on some amazing take-home meals from the freezer.
I had my first visit to Ashley Mac and purchased three Poppyseed Chicken casseroles for Easter family dinner. I was disappointed by how watery and bland the casseroles turned out to be. Despite buying three, only one was eaten by my family of nine. I was unsure if others had a similar experience or if I was being unfair. Perhaps I should have just served hot dogs instead. However, a kind representative from Ashley Mac reached out to me after reading my review. They apologized for the quality of the casseroles and offered a full refund. It turns out that the Poppyseed Chicken casserole is not their specialty and may not be up to par with other dishes on the menu. Knowing this, I wish I had been informed earlier. I will increase my rating to two stars due to the excellent customer service I received.
We were prepared for dinner on Christmas and it was amazing.
I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, and it will likely be my last. I ordered the rosemary lime chicken, but unfortunately, I couldn't taste any rosemary or lime in the dish or the sauce. It felt like I was eating a small salad, a spoonful of rice, and maybe four hidden pieces of chicken for $10.50. (See photo.) My wife ordered the signature chicken salad on a croissant, but she received a small sandwich tightly wrapped in plastic wrap with only three pieces of chicken salad inside for $9.50. My son ordered a hot dog and fries, which turned out to be two small yeast rolls and mixed fruits for $10. The food was okay, but the portions were so small that we all left hungry. In my opinion, there are other restaurants out there that offer more value for less money.
