We stopped here for dinner. We had a large group (7). Four people ordered buffet, then two kids meals and a wrap. The buffet was “ok” but not replenished frequently. We waited over an hour (after the buffet eaters had finished) to get the kids meals and wrap. We ended up requesting those to go as the kids were getting antsy. About midway through we asked about how long it would be for the rest of the food to which our waitress replied, “I’m not sure.” We did ask if we could get some compensation for the time we waited (three other groups had come in after us and already gotten their food). The waitress was rude, passive aggressive, but did ask and we were told, “There’s nothing we can do.” We paid our bill, took the rest of our food to go and left. When leaving our waitress was visibly “badmouthing” us to the other staff. A sincere apology and responsibility for what went wrong would have been appreciated. I realize the service industry is a thankless job and they deal with crabby people all the time, we were not those people but did turn crabby after treated with the same.
Delicious pizza, excellent service, and fantastic prices! Despite the bustling atmosphere, our waitress was doing an amazing job.
If you find yourself in dire need of pizza and this is the only place open (as it was for us tonight), you might consider taking a chance and dining at this unwelcoming restaurant. However, for a potentially better experience, you could try calling ahead to place a carryout order. If you're lucky enough to have Jackie answer the phone, be prepared for a conversation with someone who seems extremely unhappy. If you happen to see her in person, it becomes clear why her demeanor is so uninviting; life hasn't treated her kindly in many ways. The customer service here is truly among the worst I've encountered. I’d recommend heading to Mary’s Bluegill just across the street instead. They are friendly, the food is consistently tasty, and their customer service is what it should be.
Stopped by to get a pizza. They are always great. 5:30. Not open. No sign on the door. Nonothing to say why or if they were going to open. Went over to Mary's Bluegill and told the others that stopped there to do the same. POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS UP NORTH IN THE SUMMER!
