The Fishermans Inn - Bingley

I visited a restaurant along the canal from Shipping to Bingley for a drink. Unfortunately, it was closed on Sunday afternoon. However, the beer and food were excellent, and the staff were also outstanding. I will definitely go back!

Amazing food, the ribs are not for the faint hearted, but when hungry they will definitely fill you up. The flavours are excellent, lamb shank melts in your mouth. Would highly recommend. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and best of all, the Fisherman’s Pub is pet friendly. It’s a must for a visit whether you are on road or canal.

Excellent food, service lacking. Went for Sunday lunch and the food was lovely and plentiful. Staff not very attentive, we had to go to bar to ask to order and again when we wanted the bill. Asked for another round of drinks which was brought to the table but waitress didn't think to take the empty glasses away. If they can get the right staff this place will be successful.

Been for birthday meal with family. My fish was lovely but the chips I had to leave due to the poor taste. My friends scampi was well cooked and delicious. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and dealt with my complaint with care and a positive outcome. The chef came out to speak to me and he was friendly and explained things with respect. Would definitely come again to try something different
