Cortese Restaurant - Binghamton

Nothing is really woven, but nothing was really terrible. but I feel that their specificity pasta was really poor considering that it is highlighted as the specificity. I was personally really disappointed at the pasta of the chef (spaghetti) the noodles fell apart and lacked the easy chewing feeling that I look in perfect fresh pasta. the potato soup was beautiful. everything else was okay, but a little overcooked and not close to feeling unforgettable. our waiter was however polite and well spoken, and attentive and beautiful, so definitiw bonus points to them.

We heard great things and decided to try them as an option to help for our high time in the double tree hilton next month. we asked for a well-made steak for our 5 years old and we were brought out a rare steak. we have politely asked to fix it. it came out again rarely and mostly pink inside. that is the best part. we asked for the manager (chris) and he refused to accept the steak was still rare. he then began to show a flashlight on a clear pink steak and said it was well done. wow. thankfully we came in before we submit a catering order.

Had an amazing prime rib and lobster dick. should have had pasta instead of baked potato. the friend has the act. everything was cooked on request and was delicious. will definitely return.

The eating is excellent, I had filet with the side of the narrow haare pasta and the red soße is sooo good! the service was a little slow. space is very busy making reservations in any case and do not expect to always come to this time. will be returning
