フィードバックを提供するWe visited this restaurant for a jubilee dinner and found it to be far more beautiful and romantic compared to our previous night's dinner at the nearby Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. The atmosphere was quieter, with more space between tables, and we enjoyed a stunning sunset view from the 32nd floor. The service was exceptional and felt very personal. The food was not only delicious, but also well-prepared and beautifully presented. We had the grilled octopus appetizer, double-cut lamb chops, and Red Snapper Barigoule, which were all exquisite. The white cheddar shoots were simply divine. Everything was fantastic, and our server, Paula, was remarkable. She truly made our evening special. This will definitely be our go-to place for special occasions.
The steaks were top-notch; I had the filet mignon, and it was delicious. I savored every bite of my meal, and the Caesar salad was outstanding—definitely the best I had throughout my trip. If you’re looking for better prices, better food, and a better staff, head over to BR Prime. I’d rate this experience a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended by Dusty Doot!
Drew was our server, and you could easily tell he has been there for ten years; his service was impeccable and very personal. Toby assisted him, and honestly, he was more than just a busser—he could have easily been an assistant server or even a server himself. He was friendly and attentive, making sure to check on us at just the right times and ensuring our drinks were always filled. To kick things off, we ordered a Blueberry Lemonade cocktail for my partner and a Tito’s Mule for myself. Both were incredibly delicious, with the Mule being particularly sharp and refreshing—Drew mentioned it was a favorite among patrons. We also shared a BLT salad and a French onion soup. My partner often orders onion soup wherever we go, and he claimed this was the best he had ever tasted. I couldn't disagree after stealing a bite! The BLT salad was fresh and tasty, and they also served us a warm basket of mixed bread, accompanied by roasted garlic cloves to spread with butter. That was a unique and sweet touch that I plan to replicate at my dinner parties. For our main courses, he ordered the regular stock topped with crab and shrimp, which was cooked to perfection. I chose the Wagyu filet, also cooked to a perfect medium-plus. The addition of thyme and bourbon butter elevated the dish. The filet was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The garlic potatoes served with it were utterly delicious, though the Broccolini was cooked a bit too crispy for our liking and lacked flavor. We concluded our meal with crème brûlée, which is one of my favorite desserts. This version was better than most I’ve tried. Since we visited during the off-peak season, the restaurant wasn't full, which created a pleasant atmosphere. However, there was a loud table on the opposite side where we could hear every word of their conversation, which was distracting until they finally left. The view of the Beau and Hard Rock was beautiful and serene. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Drew to everyone we met during our stay. Thank you for a personalized and delicious experience that truly justifies the prices and complements your AAA 4 Diamond status.
What an unforgettable experience. From the moment we pushed away from the table. Every employee made the experience next level great! Every bite was delicious!
Amazing! The best (also the most expensive) meal in a bit. Our server was amazing. The charcuterie board was amazing. My wife's A5 steak melted in my mouth, and my center cut filet was amazing! 10/10
