Ihop - Biloxi

The personal was great. 1. times in mississippi and the pancakes were fresh! in contrast to connecticut! I'm glad it was suggested to go. updated on 10/26/21 today the service was a robbery as it was 3 days ago. smile and helpfulness was missing. my coffee became cold when I was waiting for the milk, which is when I noticed weak lipstick residue on coffee cups. I finally got milk for my coffee abd asked for another cup. my breakfast came, I asked for sirup, not yet sirup. another table for her sirup. 3 days ago, the milk came in a small glass and was calculated for a small milk. the manager took it off and waitress had to make this commentary we also have the cremer. I didn't get the senior discount. I'll call after my holiday.

I haven't been with ihop for years because I had a bad experience, but I decided to give them another attempt to stand in another, and I wasn't disappointed that the service was excellent eating was just right and the prices were great I didn't have a complaining thank ihop I'll visit again next time biloxi me and my man meal was great 1/2/2022

Good was good, wasn't too busy, the workers were nice. there were a few dirty tables in there and from time to time it seemed as if the waiters had taken a little longer than necessary, but they checked for everyone. the dinge ran smoothly until we saw a few shurken. because the service was still good, they will still get at least these three stars from me, but this must be corrected at least.

This review is directly because of the service, not the food. The food was good and came out quickly. Great job to the cooks and BOH staff, 5 stars on food! The host who sat us was nice and friendly. Our server didn't give us any service, he took our order correctly and that's about it. Our drinks ran empty twice and he didn't check on us. He came to the table a total of 4 times. Once to take the order, once to drop our food and refill drinks that were completely empty, once to drop the check while we were still eating with empty drinks again, and the final time to come get the receipt to collect his tips. We weren't done eating and our drinks were empty but he wanted payment. He wasn't rude but just severely under trained. He had 2 tables that were both 2 tops, he wasn't busy because he had time to sweep floors instead of checking on the level of beverage that was nonexistent in our glasses. I lost my appetite and could not finish my food because of the audacity this guy had asking for the signed copy of the check when I was still trying to chalk down pancakes with nothing to wash it down. To the server next time check on your tables, you never know how generous people can be especially on a holiday. You definitely missed an opportunity to make a 100% tip.

Upon entering we were greeted in a unremarkable manner and that experience only continued. We were told we could sit wherever we'd like but upon walking around the restaurant it was hard to find a clean table to actually sit at. Upon sitting and looking around while waiting for our drinks it was even more apparent cleanliness was not a priority as there was uncleared tables, food debris on almost every tabletop, bench, and floor area that was visible. We ordered an appetizer and meal which arrived almost simultaneously we were never given silverware, napkins, and had to ask for these items. We had to ask for the dipping sauces for the appetizer and for one of the meals that was supposed to be served with a sauce. However, when asked for the sauce that was to be provided with the meal the waiter stated is it supposed to come with that to which I replied well it's listed on the menu and was told he had never heard of that. After eating I had to ask another waitress for a to go box as our waiter never to came back to the table other than to provide us with the bill. Overall it was a very poor experience except for the food itself which was good so kudos to the kitchen staff.
