Fill-up With Billups - Biloxi

A wonderful breakfast place to eat to get away from the casino fare, the breakfast choices are great and huge portions. We got the eggs, hashbrowns and bacon our first visit. Everything was cooked just as we ordered our items. The cat's head biscuits are huge and fantastic! The biscuits come with strawberry jam which is to die for it is that good. Their fruit cup isn't a cup but a bowl of fresh fruit. The orange juice tasted like is was freshly squeezed. But those biscuits come to your table hot ready for butter to melt all through the soft fluffy interior. Our second visit, we just ordered the biscuits and fruit.

Had so great hopes. I said the waiting time was 25 minutes. after 40 minutes they offer a counter seat. When we went in, they were 50% empty. the food lasted another 40 minutes to be served. coffee was cold. never a refill was offered. the food was decent. instead go to the waffle house. will not be back.

This restaurant is a pretty cool spot. The waitress didn't give her name, but we sat at the bar and she was cool. The drinks and food were also quite good. There weren't many healthy options, but we made it work. I would definitely visit again!

The servers were very friendly. I ordered the scrambled eggs with onions, peppers, and avocado, while my wife had the bananas foster waffles with eggs and hash browns. The food arrived promptly and was delicious.

The service was excellent at this restaurant. Our server, Shaundale, was exceptional and very helpful in assisting us with our selection. She was quick with refilling our drinks before they were empty and had a smile on her face the entire time. The food was also delicious. Thanks to Shaundale, our first experience here was fantastic and we will definitely be returning.
