Panera Bread - Billerica

Hadn 't been to Panera in years. Went online and ordered a chicken sandwich, to pick up at the restaurant. Almost chocked when I paid $15.99 for just a sandwich, but I figured by the picture, it was a good size sandwich. This was NOT the case. The sandwich was slightly larger than a slider . I paid extra for avocado and there was literally 1 small slice of avocado. The sandwich was supposed to have parmesan crisps on it... there was 1. WOW. For $15.99 I could have got a chicken dinner at a restaurant, not an inadequate sandwich. I will never go back!

I ordered a sandwich with avocado and they forgot so I went around again and they gave me extra! Great service.

The sandwich that you get does not remotely resemble the picture. I ordered a chicken sandwich that had a few slivers of chicken in sauce that just dripped all over my hand. It was more of a sauce sandwich between 2 pieces of bread. Not the first time this has happened. No thank you. If you want protein, forget about this location.

Love the unlimited sip club. Sitting by the fireplace with my granddaughter eating bacon souffle is lovely.

Went there for a loaf of bread. Haven't seen/met such rude personnel in my life. Absolutely horrible. Better give up bread than go back there. Not sure what what is the deal with this location, but they should either provide training and proper onboarding to their employees, change management.. or better close the location. Just disgusting
