I love this place. You need sum home cooked soup or sides Max will take care of you. Just watch out that Dan Dan can be made sooo hot!! But it’s soo good! An amazing eating experience with even more amazing owners!! We go at least once a week and have never been disappointed. Everything is fresh and to order. Max is an extremely creative and passionate cook and you can taste it in his food. And Xinwei ensures that your food is most pleasant as if you were in your own kitchen. It's a must. The whole menu is fantastic, but recommendations would be Dan Mian, Kimchi Pho, Pot Stickers and Max Roll. Enjoy!!!!

Max Noodles has been open for over a year. We love going there... everything is delicious and fresh. The menu has grown since the opening with wonderful options. You have to try this hidden jewel in Billerica. The owners are friendly and welcoming.
