フィードバックを提供するThe food was delicious we ate here 3 times because it was so good. The Pinsa’s (pizza bread) were delightful very soft. The pasta was very good as well the sauce was very nice although the pasta itself was easy to break it still tasted good.
We’ve ordered and dined in. In both cases the experience was INCREDIBLE. When we dined in, I had to ask to make sure the pinsa was definitely gluten free. As a coeliac, there’s no higher compliment you can pay a restaurant. The variety of toppings is not typical at all, instead they offer a variety of regional specialties from different parts of Italy. The meat board and gluten free bread was heaven, too! Tonight we’re going for the pasta. I’m sure they won’t disappoint either. If you’re in Bilbao, don’t miss out. It’s fantastic. They have the Spanish Coeliac society accreditation, so it’s super safe.
Grateful for such good gluten free pizza! We enjoyed to the max. There are more options than just pizza. Just go it you are in town.
I thought everyone that said “ate here twice” was being dramatic. But I ate here twice on our 2 day trip! On day 1 I had GF pinsa with pumpkin cream, mozzarella, gorgonzola, panceta and dry tomato (like pizza). The crust amazing, crunchy but soft like non-GF dough. On day 2 I had Pasta al Pesto Trapanase (Confit cherry tomato, dried tomato, garlic, parmigiano, pecorino, basil and almonds) and cheesecake. I will miss this so much!
Very good place to eat gluten-free pizza. they also have gf brot alternative and price is only 1.50€ more. gf cheesecake tastes good and they also separated my pizza from the others for one away. well recommended.
