The Village, Big Sur

The issue with this restaurant is that it is closed. However, when Tad amazingly nice and fabulous shops are open, it is definitely worth keeping an eye out for this place to see if there is anything going on.

I always make sure to grab a bite at this restaurant. I appreciate the fast service and deliciously prepared dishes. They never fail to impress me.

Cara and her team at The Village were fantastic. We booked two events for our wedding there, and Cara truly exceeded our expectations every step of the way. I highly recommend their delicious food and excellent wine selection!

I absolutely love this place. The interior is beautifully decorated in a stunning wooden building. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is scrumptious, and the coffee is exceptional. And to top it off, it's located in Big Sur! If only it were closer to where I live.

No matter what your previous thoughts on vegan food are, you must give The Village a try! The food here is a wonderful combination of presentation and flavor. Even as someone who usually eats non-vegan dishes, I was so impressed by the delicious food that I didn't miss meat or protein at all. I can't wait to return and try more dishes. The warm snap pea salad was delicious and the breakfast hash was incredible! Cara and CJ are excellent hosts who make you feel right at home, and the atmosphere is very inviting. After visiting Big Sur for years, I can honestly say that The Village offers some of the best food you'll find along Highway 1.
