Pizza Hut - Big Stone Gap

Do not order from pizza hut in big stone gap,a complete waste of money.the worst pizza, disgusting

Never consistently good. They never make the same pizza twice, the toppings are off or you get extra sauce when you ask for light sauce, etc. When you call in they treat you like YOURE the problem and you just want free pizza. NO, I just want the pizza I ordered and paid for and paid your (almost) $5 delivery fee AND a tip.

The morning shift were very good to our family but the second shift was horrible. We had bought expensive balloons for a birthday party and before we could come back in to finish cleaning up, they had taken them outside and let them go. They were hateful and pushy and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Newby made wrong thing, but, they gave me a discount for the wait! Awesome!

I know they recently remodeled and reopened for dining in. However, I've been using DoorDash to order from here for some time. Overall, my experience has been decent. There have been a few instances where the dasher canceled my order because it wasn't ready, but that's about it. There's definitely still room for improvement.
