フィードバックを提供するI usually experience poor service at this location, but on Sunday, November 27, around 3:30 PM, the man working there was very polite. He greeted everyone warmly and even apologized for the wait for a bag, even though we hadn’t been waiting at all. I would give him a 10 out of 10 for his service. In contrast, my previous visits there would rate about a 2 out of 10.
Ordered online- somehow all my topping choices got erased. I ended up with wrong sandwich- it wasn?t good. I took two bites and tossed it. I feel extremely disappointed. The app won?t let me report it- so here I am.
The big lake Subway will never see a penny from me again they're too slow they don't know how to listen and they charged me for something that I didn't even buy
The sandwich was excellent; everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The staff member working tonight was also very friendly, which added to the great experience.
Awful Service!!! I went in at 7 PM to grab a sandwich, and when I got to the veggie bar, half of the items were empty. The employee didn't even try to refill them or show any concern. He mentioned there had been a rush, but that's not my problem. You have one job: to make sandwiches with two and a half hours left until closing, so there's no excuse not to restock. I will NEVER come back. I want to support local businesses, but since I pass a Subway on my way home in Monticello, that's where I'll be going instead.
