Restaurant Barrique - Biel/Bienne

Meat full of tendons with a bag of soft fries.

The positive point was the very attentive service and recommending dishes, etc. The negative point the delay between the starter courses until they brought us the main course, they spent 35 minutes we asked the waiter who was very attentive and explained that they were a bit busy in kitchen as there were only two people and they also had to do room service. Another negative point is the lack of variety of dishes but for me the worst thing is that they only had three desserts on the menu

Das Personal an der Bar und die Kellnerin sorgten für einen sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Service. Das Menüangebot war sehr umfangreich und die Weinkarte enthielt einige sehr schöne Schweizer Weine.

Für zwei Rinds-Tartare brauchten Sie über eine Stunde. Das Amuse-Bouche kam nach ca. 40 Minuten. Zudem keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung des Service Personals. Das Essen war gut, aber trotzdem würde ich das Restaurant keinem empfehlen.
