The Manor Hotel and Restaurant - Bhagsu

We halted here on our way to Dharamshala (HP) and I am glad that we stopped here for Lunch. Small place not very clean but better than many other Restaurants on that Highway. What impressed us was that everything was cooked a fresh and served hot. we loved the food specially their preparation of Chicken with Shimla Mirch (Capsicum). A lot can be improved here but Owners Managers are happy with brisk business that they are doing and therefore not much bothered about upkeep of the place. Location of the Restaurant is very nice next to a River and in the mid of nature with lots of trees and birds around.

This restaurant is amazing. The setting is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, with the sounds of birds chirping and a river flowing nearby. It's a great spot for nature enthusiasts and a perfect pit stop for city dwellers. The views of the hills, forests, and river are breathtaking. The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance and is very clean. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is top-notch. After a long and exhausting drive, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service here. Overall, it was a refreshing experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling near Dharamsala.

I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but more of an okay one. First of all, be prepared to wait a long time for your order to arrive, and even then, it may only be lukewarm. We encountered some attitude from the waiter when we asked to change a dish. However, the other two dishes we ordered were quite good. It was just the first appetizer that was not up to par. Overall, it's a decent restaurant.

During our vacation, we made a stop at this restaurant and our trip wouldn't have been complete without it. The atmosphere, hospitality, ambiance, and food were all fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Dharamsala. I can't wait to visit again. Cheers and happy travels!

We visited this restaurant in summers this year and had a great time. We ordered Indian veg food, which was fantastic. Service is quick and courteous.The restaurant overlooks a river, which looks serene. We were completely refreshed after our stop here and would certainly like to visit again.
