An Indian restaurant that is visited regularly. Saggor tandoori continues to always refine and improve its food based on customers feeding back, and this was noticeable on the most recent visit. It maintains traditional Indian “curry house” character while presenting quality and tasteful food that can be eaten at affordable and reasonable pricing, without the fancy portion sizes and accessories! The staff are always personable, and approachable even when busy. The owner makes the time to interact with diners old and new. Its dishes are both traditional to the “English” curry experience, while also enveloping some more traditional Indian and Asian dishes. The Lamb Kaalia and Garlic Chilli dishes are definite highlights and worth trying. On my most recent visit I opted for a King Prawn Saag with Garlic Naan which was cooked to perfection and not soggy or doughy. Friday and Saturday nights are always busy, with good reason! With some new additions to the menu we will definitely be returning. A place that has now become a regular haunt, with good reason. In an area with fierce competition from other offerings they continue to maintain and improve and cement a place as a local favourite.

Clearly a busy place for sit down and take away Plenty of staff, we picked this after reading the local Tripadvisor reviews from the community. Food was nice, although a little slow being delivered but that didn’t matter too much, it’s a nice environment

The Saggor is a lovely friendly family Indian curry house which take pride in delivering a delicious meal to your liking they have extensive menu which caters for everyone and the quality of the food is excellent which is served to with some of wonderful staff .

You will always get a 10/10 service the staff care and look after you really well. The food is amazing the decor is spotless.
