Starbucks - Beverly

Horrible, place never has any product, cold brew never seems to ever be there, something is always broken, seems more like the employee of shaws working it lies because he/she don't want to make anything harder than pouring a coffee, don't go here

This Starbucks is quite unreliable. There's usually only one employee working, and if an item runs out, the counter can be unattended for as long as 20 to 30 minutes. You might be better off choosing a different Starbucks. I hope the corporate office improves the working conditions for the staff here and hires more employees, rather than overworking the ones they currently have.

I spent $6 on a frappuccino, and it tasted like it had just come out of the refrigerator. I've never had an issue with Starbucks before.

I visited with my friends, and we were disappointed to find out that they had no strawberry agave drinks available and that the iced coffees only had hot coffee options. This was surprising, especially since we arrived with plenty of time to spare. They could have managed their inventory better and remained open instead of just serving hot coffee. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and the staff seemed bothered while taking our order. Ugh!

Only one worker and hasn't been trained to make a frappuccino. Also couldn't even get a correct lid for the cup after the second time, but i let that slide because it seemed like she was having a stressful day,
