フィードバックを提供するAwful... just paid a ridiculous amount of money for lunch that was so bad. Customer service was Awful from the cook staff. Grilled cheese for my daughter was burnt and they gave me attitude for asking for a new on. Never again
Don?t order curbside pickup, they won?t bring it out. This has happened to me 2-3 times so far so I thought a review was necessary. I waited in my car for over 10 minutes after notifying them I was there via the email I received and ended up justgoing in and grabbing my food from the ?rapid pick-up? section. The label on my food also said curbside pick-up so I?m not surewhy it was placed where it was.
I had a great experience at the restaurant; the food, service, and cleanliness all met my expectations. However, I accidentally left my phone behind and called to check if they had it. Thankfully, they did! I wasn’t able to pick it up until the next morning, but when I arrived, Marlene, the employee who had my phone, had charged it to 100%. Marlene is friendly, welcoming, and honest, making her a valuable asset to Panera. Thank you, Marlene!
The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the WiFi is excellent. It’s a great spot to grab your caffeine fix and get some work done in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant offers a spacious environment, plenty of power outlets, and satisfactory Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are clean. The Sip Club provides good value and the pastries are enjoyable. The meal options are typical of Panera, featuring small portions and average flavor; however, there are several other dining options in the vicinity.
