Always reliable, wide variety of Italian and Italian-adjacent cuisine. recent trips have offered a great sole dish as well as a really good, simple salad. Service is always so good and so attentive.

I always enjoy the food and service here. But u fortunately this time, the air conditioner was Not working and this is during the current heat wave. By the time the entrees arrived, my guest and I were very warm. It was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Service and food were excellent.

Il Fornaio is just not what it used to be. It's very average now and the servers are not who they used to be. They all used to be Italian with lots of food knowledge. Not anymore. It's basically a chain restaurant now and it acts like it. Better to go to Il Pastaio.
