フィードバックを提供するThe chef had dropped food on the floor! You would think someone would attempt to clean it up. How can they expect customers to eat in a kitchen that looks like that? They messed up my sandwich, then they forgot to make a strawberry lemonade after I asked three times. How does one forget three times?
I am currently the only person in the drive-thru line and you are asking me to place a mobile order? No thank you, haha. They should just take my order in the drive-thru, isn't that the whole purpose of coming here?
If I could rate it, I would. This Wendy's is the worst I've ever experienced. I waited a long time to receive the wrong order. They wasted my money and my time. If you want fresh food, go in the morning when the manager is there. Avoid going after 4 o'clock because the employees clearly do not care about what they serve. They need to be more professional and act like adults instead of careless children.
Very slower place, they do not have any items on stock, even if available online. make sure they call first to confirm. manager is good, but restaurant is müll.
I went through the drive through yesterday, and waited 10+ minutes behind one car, that was also waiting 5+ minutes (then had to sit past the drive through to wait). When I let them know I placed a mobile order, I was told to come inside. I'm not sure why I bothered. Maybe a nutritionist took over the store and is pushing people to not eat there.
