Europa Barbeque - Bethlehem

If you enjoy Portuguese cuisine, Europa is an excellent option. The chicken, pork, and beef dishes are all flavorful and satisfying. The serving of yellow rice that comes with the entrees is more than enough for six people and is cooked to perfection, with each grain distinct and enhanced by carrots and peas. It's truly wonderful. The meat pockets are fried but surprisingly light and not greasy at all, and we always make sure to order some for ourselves ($12). If you're a fan of rotisserie chicken and garlicky beef and pork ribs, you won’t be let down by the food at Europa.
