After I was in my car all morning, went through this store for a cup of coffee and was greeted by an extremely friendly barista Paulo. Hands down the best barista I ever interacted with, just for his kindness, I could see him smile through his mask. Keep the good work you are a rare find.

I used to work at this location. I left because I found a better job that paid more and had more benefits, but I did enjoy working at this location. Since I left, I have remained an occasional customer. Having worked there, I am particular about how I like my coffee, and with some of the newer staff, I have been met with eye rolls and treated as an inconvenience due to my specific requests, BUT I still come to this location because Olivia and Paulo, specifically go out of their way to give me an excellent experience. They are both highly competent and extremely friendly. I get from them some of the best customer service that I've gotten my entire life and as long as they are there, I will continue to frequent this particular DD location.

Mugs dirty smell like hand-sanitary. Cold filled coffee grinds.3 times a month.

Had my little kiddos with me and had to warn a bigger order in the ride (I am not typical THAT PERSON who threw a bigger order in the ride.) Paulo was so friendly, he took the order, friendly, personable, and took a second to say hello to the children how the order was together. As far as customer service goes, he is a stand-out and if he doesn't own the location - I could see that he really travels well and train - just say.

The staff is incredibly friendly and also very humorous!
