Domino's Pizza - Bethel

The staff is very friendly, my order was accurate, and the pizza was delicious!

Terrible experience! First, they added pineapples to my order, then they forgot the lava cake, and it took an hour to deliver. I can’t even pretend that they got it right. There have been good days when my order was correct and delivered on time, but that’s not the case now. Also, they now have an $18 minimum order, so I won't be ordering from this place anymore.

We had a terrible experience. We ordered the pizza at 9:45 and had a terrible phone call where the person on the phone said our address was not in their system and could not be delivered. A road that is an extension of our road, however, was in its system and we decided to deliver it to our neighboring house. We waited until 11:00 in the highway and not yet pizza when we said it would be delivered at 10:30. When we asked where the order was, people insisted that there was never an order! It was terrible service and made us all hungry. I don't recommend it. 0/10.

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. This was the worst experience I've ever had! I called to place my order at 12:45, and my pizza never arrived. When I called back, the manager was incredibly rude, insisting that they were closed and that there was no record of my order, even though I knew I had placed it with them. I calmly mentioned that I had proof of my call, but they continued to insist they were closed and remained very disrespectful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on me. I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

Extremely Slow Service! I had to wait a long time while I was placing my order, and the staff seemed more focused on fulfilling pickup orders. I really didn’t appreciate their attitude. I won’t be returning to this location.
