Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Bessemer

This is Popeyes in Bessemer the chicken was fresh and good. The problem was the sweet tea I had ordered, had all kinds of particles in it and swim through them.

I ordered a three-part white meal I guess someone didn't know the difference between a thigh and a chest because I got two thighs and wings, then I took this order back and got the right pieces, but didn't get my side order and when I called back and told the manager that she was upset with me and said, come and get it, then hanged up in my face. You should never let your job get the best of you, no matter how bad your day is.

Worst chicken I've ever had. Got my whole order wrong and didn't give me my biscuits. When I called about it the manager was rude and I was then informed that they were out of biscuits ?

I was so happy to see that the dirty rice was back. It would be nice if it remained actually in stock, however. They tend to run out of product regularly, including chicken even though that is the main entree. I do not know for it's due to popularity or poor management. The Buffalo sauce is amazing.

Ordered 2 Popcorn Shrimp Combos with red beans and rice and biscuit. EXCELLENT! HOT AND FRESH. Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. Thank You!! P.S. plenty of food too.
