Burger King - Bessemer

I want to thank this Burger King. I'm from Tx and went through about a week ago when I drove away and left my purse there. Just figured out when I came to Jackson, MS. I called the Burger King back and they had my purse in their office. Thank God for great honest people!!!!

When ordering the food, the accuracy of the order was on site. The woman who took my order is someone who knows how to do it and does it right. I admire them very much for setting the guiding standard if the chefs are to be ready to prepare the order accurately. If any cook makes a mistake, I will definitely make it known. Overall a good work done on everyone on this last trip.

Pass on this location. I prefer BK over the arches, but this place was disappointing, from the unkempt drive up, employee jacket partially covering a sack of onions hanging from a hook at window #1, dirty floors, smudged windows, food back being alung out the window without so much as a thank you, this unit needs serious managerial attention..closing for a few days to sanitize and clean while training employees to simply be nice might be a great idea. Chicken sandwich was horrible.. way over cooked and dry with a huge dollup of mayo just waiting to squeeze out the sides on your first bite. Best advice is to try the McDonald's or milos across the street. I know I will be trying one of them on my next visit thru town.

I don't expect much out of drive through fast food at 9pm on a week night. But, they got my order wrong. The food was cold and the soda mix was off. I wish people just cared a little bit about the work they performed.

Look at my Double Crossaint below! There was only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru, no one inside, and it took a long time for my order to delivered. The guy slowly walked it to my car and said nothing. If I had known it would take a while, I would not have ordered and paid for it. I will probably not visit this store again.
