Au Jardin D'eden - Besançon

Full disclosure: I did not actually eat at Au Jardin d 'Eden, but I feel it 's worth a few comments. Located in the heart of Besancon 's posh covered market, it 's a bistro that was highly recommended to me by a local friend. Alas, I got there after lunchtime and it was closed, so I didn 't get to taste anything from the very appealing menu. But I did have a chance to chat with the chef, who was still on the premises. He generously advised me where to go for dinner that night Give my regards to the chef, he added).. His suggestion turned out to be a terrific choice, and if his kind, laid-back approach and culinary cool are reflected in the food and service at Au Jardin, it must be very good indeed!

Nice little meal. We loved it a lot. Between the wine and the delicious dish.

One thing to say: go. Emmanuelle will treat you with its fresh and original cuisine. Its vitality and smile will give you fishing for the rest of the day.

Everything is really big in this small restaurant located in the covered market, starting with the very dynamic and particularly friendly patronage. the concept is simple: the products purchased on the market during the order (fish, wood) and cooked with taste and imagination. at least the source of food is clear and they are of quality. selection of wines (white or red) with glass or bottle. It's a sincere address.
