Kfc - Berwyn

The staff was nice. I wanted to add the new Nashville hot sauce to my bucket chicken strip. When they told me it was a charge of .50 PER STRIP!!! I wanted to know if I could get on only 5 of the strips of sauce because I never tried. The cashier then told me that he would add the sauce for me without a fee. I used to be the G.M. of u-restaurant and this is a good example of customer service. The sauce was great and we order from there more often at work now.

On January 20, 2018, I tried the mixed bucket, which unfortunately did not include the grilled chicken. However, it was still better than many other locations I've visited. The wedges and fried chicken were delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly; they even told the man in front of us that they would bring his order to his table. I've never experienced that level of service, especially at a KFC!

The management team here is exceptional. All four managers work hard to ensure that customers are completely satisfied, offering drinks and menus while you wait for your food. However, most of the time, everything is readily available and fresh. This is the quickest service I’ve ever experienced, and it’s truly the best service I’ve had.

I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about. I've visited this restaurant several times a week, and every time, the staff has been polite and attentive. They always get my order right. There’s no need to criticize someone just for the sake of it. We have to understand that if a business is short-staffed, mistakes can happen. Nobody is perfect. The manager is a really funny guy; he always makes me laugh and offers complimentary items when I have to wait. Honestly, I don’t mind waiting because the food is fresh. Who wouldn't appreciate free food? This place has improved significantly over the months. It used to be my least favorite restaurant last year, but now it’s my go-to spot. For anyone reading this, I encourage you to visit and experience the excellent service for yourself. The only downside is that the restrooms aren’t the cleanest, but that’s understandable given the age of the building.
