Pizza Hut - Berthoud

Don't try to order online from this place! I placed an order and after a few minutes received a phone call. They were out of one of the items that we ordered. They are always out of something. When asked about my credit card charge they stated it would be refunded for the amount of the items they no longer had. I asked if the tip would be reduced by the appropriate amount and all of a sudden I was talking with a different person. Cold Transfer. I had to explain the whole situation to the next person. That took me 3 times as they could not grasp the concept of decrease in order=decrease in tip. I went ahead and cancelled the entire order due to the ineptness of the person I was speaking with. I had to call back again as I had used a $25 Pizza Hut gift card on the order and wanted to know if it would be credited back to the card. They didn't know and needed to call her district manager. She called me back and stated if it was a Visa or Mastercard gift card it would be refunded like a regular credit card. I had stated that I had a PIZZA HUT gift card. She stated that it should be refunded by next week but if not to bring the card to the store and they will take care of it. We shall see. At any rate, I never did order from here! I ordered from Domino's!

The first time we ordered from this Pizza Hut, we were disappointed. We decided to try them again and we are even more disappointed! The crust is so dry. The pizza is lacking sauce and the ingredients were poor tasting. The restaurant had a bad smell upon walking in and the staff looked unkept. I even witnessed a female staff member handle money and then she prepared food without washing her hands. We will never go there again!

For the second time in a row I order a pizza and get the wrong thing. When I called to get it corrected, the girl on the phone, (who has no idea of customer service) says that i didn't get banana peppers because they are out. Okay, so you just charge Me for it and send it out anyway? Without a phone call??? And what about the canadian bacon, that i didn't want or ask for?? Maybe you had extra and wanted to get rid of it??? Oh yea, you have a grocery store 50 feet from your door. If I were in charge, i know what I'd do. Maybe run down and get a few jars.....? Maybe just make a call when you cant fill my order, and ask what you can do to make it right! Don't give me some BS, I couldn't care less excuse. Say sorry, and lets figure it out. Don't spend the rest of your life being a moron. Aspire to do something better.

Zero shits were given for our New Year's Eve order. Crust wasn't done, was lacking the garlic herb butter, and half the cheese had oozed out of our stuffed crust. I understand that it's a holiday and we were late to order, but that doesn't mean we deserve undercooked, trashy pizza.

It's Pizza Hut. What more is there to say? If you like Pizza Hut, you'll like this one. I have not found this Pizza Hut to be any worse in quality of food or service than any other. So eat up!
