Gordon's - Berry Hill

I decided to try this restaurant for the first time based on reviews. I ordered three chicken tenders and Parmesan cheese fries. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was disappointed to find that the tenders were dry and lacked seasoning. The fries were also underwhelming. However, my husband enjoyed his wings. The next morning, I called to speak to the manager with my receipt and to express my dissatisfaction. The cashier, who remembered our order, informed me that I could not return the food for a refund, but could instead receive another meal. I declined the offer, as I did not enjoy the first meal. Despite this, I was offered $10 back as compensation, which I declined. Overall, I left a negative review as an unhappy customer.

The food was exceptional and the customer service was outstanding. The restaurant provided a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for me and my friends to dine and savor delicious dishes. We definitely plan on returning in the future!

I don't usually go for Hot Chicken, but in my opinion, this is the most delicious chicken in all of Tennessee.

The chicken was fried hard like I like. The G Bombs were good and spicy.
