Rudolph's Steakhouse - BERNARDSVILLE

The music was excellent, the food was delicious and served with great care, and the ambiance was charming.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant in January. The ambiance was lovely, enhanced by soft background music. Both the food and service were outstanding. I'm eager to return in the fall.

I had a wonderful dinner. The live entertainment added a lovely element to the evening, providing just the right amount of background noise. I can only imagine how tranquil the atmosphere would be without it. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable night.

I restrict my intake of meats so it is a special occasion when I have a piece of steak and more often than not I am underwhelmed. The Filet I had at Rudolph's more than met my best hope for a quality cut and preparation. Service was top notch and the ambiance was excellent to support a quality evening with friends. We ordered a reasonably priced Tuscan wine and were not disappoint there either. The other three members of my party were please as well on all aspects of the evening.

Went on a Friday night at 8pm. Too long of wait for the waiter to show up. After he took drink order it was a very long wait again. After He came back to take dinner order we never saw him again. We did not have a waiter for the entire two hours there and we had to flag people down to get a drink and some bread and eventually the check. Steaks were waaayyy undercooked, literally **** on orders of medium and medium well. Sent back and they came back a little better, but still very undercooked. Would not recommend this place or at least not on a Friday. Prices are over the top expensive for the quality of food.
