Twice The Ice, Ice - Bernalillo

I visited this purified water location on a Sunday evening to assist a friend with filling her 5-gallon water jugs. Initially, everything seemed to be going well, but it quickly went downhill as the water flow dwindled to a trickle and then nearly stopped completely. In the end, we managed to fill only two of the 5-gallon containers halfway, which took an absurd amount of time. It was frustrating to pay for water we couldn’t access, and to make matters worse, my friend couldn't even get a refund. I would NEVER recommend this place for purified water.

It seems that not all locations are being maintained regularly, and I did not receive a response to my email.

The water tastes wonderful, and I would give it a five-star rating. However, you need to have dollar bills or quarters because there isn’t a change machine available, nor can you pay by credit card. You’ll need to either go to a local store to get cash back or visit a bank to get a $20 bill. It can be a hassle to find change, but the dispensers have always worked well for me.

The ice is okay for same day use, but wouldn't last long as it is very wet and small in size.

Waters always fresh and I love the size of bags of ice, a bargain
