They've been closing 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, minutes early. I could understanding you might be short on staff, but who closes an hour and a half early and then opens back up 30 minutes before closing? Either you're closed and or not.

I know many working in the field are young and inexperienced, but it's not brain surgery. Order came up on the screen wrong, I corrected it, and paid at that time. Order still got to me wrong and charged for a drink I didn't order...it's harder in the real work place world. To make matters worse, the large popcorn chicken I received was actually a small, and I was charged for four ranch sauces, but only found three in the bag after checking.
