The Cookie Plug - Bermuda Dunes

Cookies were delicious! We decided to try while on vacation for a birthday treat. Tried a variety box and our families loved the different options. Friendly service!

The portions at this restaurant are huge and delicious, but they are on the pricier side. Additionally, some of the dishes have names that don't accurately represent their flavors, which can be confusing for customers who prefer to know what they are eating. The drug-related titles of some dishes are not amusing or endearing to me.

Totally the worst cookie I've had other than the cookie crumble. Wow doesn't anyone know how to make a delicious cookie around here? It was so bad I couldn't even finish the sample they gave me.

I had never been to this restaurant before, so I decided to give it a try tonight. I wanted to buy a cookie for myself and one for my neighbor. When I asked the employee to put each cookie in a separate bag since they were going to different places, he said he would do it but would charge me an extra dollar for another bag. I found this policy to be unreasonable and decided to leave without purchasing anything. This kind of customer service is not how you attract or retain customers. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

These cookies are disgusting. Cheap ingredients. Over priced. They make you feel sick after just a bite. super hard too. Bought 3 and ended up throwing em in the trash
