Il Grano - Berlin

Reasonable prices, good food, friendly waiters, but the decor is lacking something. I feel like we're in a somewhat bland living room. So when they get that sorted, I'll come back.

This charming restaurant had good standard italian cuisine and excellent service along with a quaint atmosphere.

Il Grano has been my favorite on periodic visits to Berlin. The food is excellent, the service impeccable and the patrons are mostly regulars. The traditional Northern Italian cuisine has survived any German attempts to modify it and is delicious. Good value for money spent

Very good and fast service, Italian trattoria atmosphere and good classic Italian food, including the seemingly unavoidable pizza selection. Catering to Germans mainly, there is no problem to just sit down for a plate of pasta, but that’s somehow missing the potential of the kitchen....I had excellent calf’s liver, for example. They have daily specials which live up to high expectations. Good small selection of open wines. The best part: very reasonable prices
