Mcdonald's - Berkeley

The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and they always remember to provide condiments.

I thought I had already reviewed this restaurant, but the presence of homeless people here really adds to the cozy atmosphere. The service was excellent as well - the person calling out numbers and assisting customers was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was excellent, but the ambiance was less than desirable. I quickly ordered a breakfast burrito and left as soon as possible. The dining area was mostly occupied by homeless individuals and there was a strong smell of urine in the restaurant. Disgusting.

The city council wants to allow people to live in Berkeley but how can anyone live withoutMcDonalds! 10/16/2022 Haven't eaten there on a regular basis for breakfast and lunch lately, the customer service at thislocation reflects badly on the McDonald's chain.... No toilet seat cover in the men's restroom for 5 days and no apologies. Stale apple fritters and difficulties when alternative to replace them requested. Hopefully with more people speaking up,customer service will benefit. Contacting the corporation has indeed been received well.

Got a great deal for free McNuggets through the McDonald?s app and just needed to go to the store for pick up. They remodelled awhile back (I?ve lived in Berkeley for well over 10 years) and it?s really nice inside. They have bar stools by the windows foryou to sit or tables as well. There?s a touchscreen kiosk to order inside if you don?t feel like talking to people or you canorder at the cashier. I think a manager was helping me with my order but I?m not sure, I didn?t get her name. She was nice andpleasant. I went in around noon on a Sunday and it wasn?t busy at all. Normally I order through this store on DoorDash andthose orders have all been 10/10 no issues.
