Terrible service! We reserved a table on the veranda for 8 people, but when we arrived, they simply crossed out our reservation and seated other guests. They put us at a different table for 6, so we had to sit at two adjacent tables to fit all 8 of us. We waited 20 minutes for a waitress to come, and we ended up having to approach the reception to call her over. She finally arrived another 10 minutes later. To top it all off, they charged us for a cocktail we never ordered. I do not recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly and ready to help and give suggestions. They don't have pizza, but otherwise, it's like any other usual place. However, they do have a gaming console connected to the TV for some fun!

Terrible service, booked a table on the veranda, came, but our place was already taken. We got another table, but for a smaller number of people. We had to split into 2 groups and sit at different tables. Long wait for the waiter, we had to go for the waiters ourselves. They added an extra drink to the check, but we did not order it. The hookah here is amazing, and the hookah master Roma is a true professional. I recommend that the director of this establishment gives him a bonus! This place is fantastic! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place is nice. The rolls are tasty, and the cocktails are decent too. The shisha is good. The service is attentive, and the staff puts in a lot of effort. However, there were issues with the music; it’s not set up for dancing.
