Dairy Queen - Berea

I know it's busy there, but I wish the staff would mix the Blizzards better. We had four blizzards in our group. Three of the same DQ person and the 4. made by another DQ person. All four were not mixed well. All had all mix-ins in the upper half and basically none in the lower half. Can you either update your equipment or train your people to mix them properly, please?! If I wanted half a serving of vanilla, I order that.

I moved a year ago and this place is the closest to my house. My son's birthday was two weeks after the move, and I thought I would give them a chance to make my son's cake as my son had a special request. And they beat it out of the park! I was totally blown away with the design! I went back to them this year with another request and they exceeded my expectations that were already high! The staff is so sweet and very helpful. My family goes for ice all the time. They are amazing and I highly recommend them!

Great food and ice cream. Employees are friendly and very good in customer service. Had a little issue and they resolve it no problem. I will keep going back this is the store on Bagley rd in Berea

Excellent service and an incredibly delicious parfait packed with peanut butter!
