Kfc - Benwood

Gross mashed potatoes forgot my gravy first time around and when I came home I took a drink of my mountain dew and it was nothing but flat carbon water. Never get anything past 2pm. They seem to take my same review down a couple days ago ????

Disappointing experience. I ordered the Nashville Hot tenders, and they resembled something you'd get on chicken day in elementary school. The fries were the absolute worst I've ever had, though I had a feeling that would be the case. I was told they were out of biscuits, but when I returned from the restroom, my husband had one—some kind of biscuit magic, I suppose? The place was not very busy, either in the dining area or the drive-thru, yet there were still two dirty tables left in the dining room. The restroom could definitely use a good scrub. Overall, it felt like watching a boring movie. You're already there, so you just stick it out. It wasn’t bad enough to walk out, but not good enough to recommend to anyone.

The review doesn’t specify which KFC I visited, but the one in Ohio could definitely use some improvement. The ones I visited in West Virginia were on point!

I visited the restaurant today and realized that they forgot to include a side dish that I ordered. I tried calling them, but unfortunately, no one answered.
