Panera Bread - Bentonville

My meal was prepared as I requested, but the apple I received had several bruises and I ended up having to toss it out. Whoever packed my bag should be able to tell the difference between a good, firm apple and one that's overripe!

The bakery items were fantastic, and the breakfast sandwich looked amazing. It definitely outshines the competition! My only minor issue was that I ordered online for the quick pick-up option, but when I arrived, my food wasn’t in the pick-up area. I waited a while until a staff member finally retrieved my bag from the dine-in pick-up counter and asked for my name. It turned out it was mine and had been ready the whole time, just sitting in the wrong spot. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I was in a hurry and had placed the order ahead of time for a reason. Not a deal breaker at all—I'll definitely be back!

I paid $16 for a steak sandwich that was mostly bread—about 80%—with very little meat, and it was overly sweet. It was really disappointing. I did have an icy, and that was good, but I will never come back to this place again.

This Panera always makes a good job with our order and is great for all changes. Be prepared to have more food preparations like all Paneras than some other fast food sites, so when you go through the drive it will be relatively slow. I always try to pre-order on the app and get inside for a faster turnaround.

Did not have a good experience. I went with my granddaughters for lunch because they like the Mac and Cheese. We went about 11:00 thinking it wouldn't be too crowded. Order was taken quickly but things went downhill from there...our buzzer never went off and we were waiting quite a while. I knew they were busy, perhaps with takeout orders, so tried to be patient. Finally a customer came up to us and told us it looked like our order was up...but it had been sitting there for quite awhile, so the food was cold. The girls didn't mind, but my sandwich was cold and dry...and it was the wrong sandwich! I ate it anyway because I didn't want to wait any longer, but I did express how upset I was to the manager, who apologized and said he would look into it. The entire meal cost $37... definitely not worth it! I don't think I'll be going back to Panera anytime soon.
