Mcdonald's - Benton Harbor

This McDonald's is always super busy, they are located directly on the highway, so it's easy for you to eat something really fast on the way to work or school or on the way to children's play.

This McDonald is ALWAYS a stop for us on the street. It is the DAILY DOUBLE!!! The best burger in my opinion. I saw it on the menu and had to grab a few. Now my family is looking for Exit 1. This last visit we left. It says starting with the kiosk. Once we came in, we were greeted with a smile. No kiosk needed. I had a pretty big job. They treated it without problems. I was a burger short. When I went to the manager, he was on his toes. He recognized me. Had the burger ready for me. Thank you to the crew at Exit 1 McDonalds on Harbor. See you next time.

Review Update 09-05-2017: We returned and found the food to be hot and fresh once again. However, the staff at the counter could have been more attentive. The manager was pleasant. Be aware that the I-94 Western ramp is closed, but they had a map and directions at the entrance to help drivers get back on the highway, which is very useful for people unfamiliar with the area.

I typically don’t eat after 6:00 PM, but I decided to stop by after waiting in a long line for a short while. The staff was friendly, even though they seemed a bit tired. The pick-up line was longer than I anticipated, but everyone remained efficient and pleasant throughout. I haven’t had McDonald's in six years due to a bad experience, but your team has made me want to return. Thank you for such a great visit. Wishing you a wonderful day!

I ordered two crispy chicken meals today and requested extra pickles. Unfortunately, I only received pickles on the chicken, and the meat was very dry. I regret not checking my order before driving all that way. It's too late to go back now. On a positive note, the service was good. Thank you!
