フィードバックを提供するI’m updating my review because my breakfast visit this morning was a wonderful experience. First, there was staff present during the advertised opening hours. Second, they were actually serving breakfast during the designated breakfast times. The young lady who served me was friendly and professional; she even asked if I wanted any sauce. Most importantly, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s clear they’ve made some positive improvements, and I truly appreciate it. After such a great experience, I will definitely be returning regularly. Please keep up the excellent work! My only regret is that I didn’t get a receipt, so I can’t credit the employee by name.
However, while we were inside the Taco Bell in Dunn, the app mistakenly placed her order at the Benson location, which is about seven miles away. We didn’t realize it at the time, and after a long wait, her food never arrived. When we inquired about it, we discovered the order had gone to the wrong location. In the past, I’ve had similar issues at Burger King, where the manager quickly resolved the mistake by contacting the other location and rectifying the order since it was already paid for through the app. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this Taco Bell. They seemed overwhelmed, like many places these days during the pandemic, and didn’t seem to care that the app had made the error. After waiting for someone to assist us, we overheard the staff confirm that the order had been sent to the wrong place, but no one offered to help us rectify the situation. After about ten more minutes of waiting, we decided to head to the Taco Bell in Benson to retrieve her food, which was inconvenient as it was out of our way and, as you know, gas prices are quite high right now. This experience highlights a common issue: many restaurant employees seem to lack familiarity with the ordering apps and don’t seem interested in resolving problems arising from them. I believe this is something that needs improvement if restaurants want to continue offering app-based orders. Despite this experience, I usually have a good opinion of my local Taco Bell.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, thanks to a wonderful young woman at the front counter. She was incredibly professional and polite. Although our order took longer than expected, she kept us reassured throughout the wait, always wearing a smile. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but I noticed she had rainbow beads in her hair and braces. When our food finally arrived, everything was perfect—no issues at all. We ordered a large quantity of food, and it was all great. Thank you once again!
Went to Taco Bell tonight, Olivia helped us tonight! We will be back again, and we hope she is there because that’s the best customer service we’ve experienced at this Taco Bell, her smile was contagious and she made sure we were satisfied! Love blue shirt and wolf tattoo
The customer service at this fast food restaurant is the worst in the area! The employees are not only unhelpful but also quite rude. It seems like they dislike their jobs, which reflects in their poor treatment of customers. I do not recommend this place!
