Joey C's Deli - Bensenville

I ordered online, and a friendly woman called to let me know that a few items were unavailable. She offered me some alternatives, which I really appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the overall flavor. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The staff was somewhat friendly, but the main concern for us was that they weren't wearing gloves while preparing our sandwiches. It definitely wasn't the same experience as before.

I can't believe the nerve of this restaurant. I’ve never been a fan of how places nickel and dime customers these days, but this one takes the cake. They offer a two hot dog special with fries for $5.50 or a single hot dog and fries for $3.00. Here’s the kicker: they have the audacity to charge an extra $0.50 for the container that the special comes in. They just lost a customer, and I hope this review does some damage to them. Seriously, charging $0.50 for a container? That’s just unprofessional and cheap. If they’re cutting corners like this, what else are they being stingy about? Thanks for reading my rant, but honestly, $0.50 for a container? It's outrageous!
