Jimmy John's - Bensenville

An evil dirty man named bofa, who claims to be the manager of this place, made several sandwiches wrong and we were missing sandwiches on an order that was placed. I tried to call 7 times before I finally went there, as no one answered the phones. I see all the phones from the hook and the place was dirty. bofa was immediately defensiw when I explained the problem and said he didn't do me because he did everything personally. I said good, then I'll make my order for the missing items and he said I'll do this tomorrow, really? he literally stole me! I'll report this to the office. the respect and the unprofessional nature of this man is enough for me to share everyone.

They arrived to pick up my order at 5:45, just before closing time at 6. The front door was locked but I could see a guy behind the counter. I called but there was no answer and the person seemed to ignore me. The staff who gave me my preordered food was rude, not saying a word and quickly turning away. It was a bit strange and I didn't even have a chance to leave a tip.

Make sure they tap! the staff of this jimmy john’s is the best I ever had. everyone is so beautiful and friendly they make the sandwiches with high quality ingredients and they are very accommodating. I love the beach club sandwich! and jalapeno chips his so good I went back 2x today

The last time I visited the restaurant, I noticed that some staff members were not wearing clean shoes and masks while I was dining. I left immediately and filed a complaint with Jimmy John's, but it was ignored. I plan to reach out to the state health department regarding this issue.

The staff at this location is always very friendly with great conversation. I love the employees and the quick service.
